Quran, Hadith and Amulet تعویذ:
Amulets تعویذات generally contain verses from the Holy Quran and the names of Allah, and they are recited and inhaled. Therefore, the one who benefits from talismans is seeking healing from the Quran, and indeed there is healing in the Holy Quran, as Allah the Almighty says:

نُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْاٰنِ مَا هُوَ شِفَآءٌ وَّ رَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ
(Surah 15, Bani Israel: 82)
And We send down in the Quran that which is a healing and a mercy for the believers.
This same theme is also present in the hadiths, so it is narrated from Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: خیر ُالدواءِ القُرْآن ُ “The best medicine is the Quran.” (Ibn Majah)

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had a Amulet تعویذ written:

It was narrated from Abu Dujanah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I complained to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) (about the jinn) and said: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), I was lying on my bed when suddenly I heard a sound in my house that was like the running of a mill, a buzzing sound that was like the buzzing of bees, and I saw a flash of lightning. I was frightened and looked up and saw a black shadow that was rising in the courtyard of the house. I went near it and touched its skin, and its skin was white. It was like the skin of a porcupine (an animal with prickly skin), then he threw something like sparks of fire at my face, so I felt as if he had burned me (or the house). The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: O Abu Dujanah ! That is a bad thing that is going to live in your house, and by the Lord of the Kaaba, O Abu Dujanah! People like you are being tortured. Then he said: Bring me a piece of paper and a pen. I came with both of these things. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave them to Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: O Abu al-Hasan, write! He asked, “What should I write?” He said, “Write this:

بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰن ِالرَّحِیْم

ھٰذَا کِتَابٌ مِّنْ مُّحَمَّدِِ رَّسُوْلِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِیْنَ صَلَّی اللہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّم اِلٰی مَنْ طَرَقَ الدَّارَمِّنَ الْعُمَّارِ وَالزُّوَارِوَالصَّالِحِیْنَ اِلَّا طَارِقاً یَّطْرُقُ بِخَیْرٍ یَّا رَحْمٰنُ اَمَّا بَعْدُ :فَاِنَّ لَنَا وَلَکُمْ فِیْ الْحَقِّ سَعَۃً ،فَاِنْ تَکُ عَاشِقاً مُوْلِعاً، فَاجِراً مُقْتَحِماً أَوْ رَاغِباً حَقّاً أَوْ مُبْطِلاً،ھٰذَا کِتَابُ اللہِ تَبَارَکَ وَ تَعَالٰی یَنْطِقُ عَلَیْنَا وَعَلَیْکُمْ بِالْحَقِّ ،اِنَّا کُنَّا نَسْتَنْسِخ ُ مَا کُنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُوْنَ وَرُسُلُنَا یَکْتُبُوْنَ مَاتَمْکُرُوْنَ، اُتْرُکُوْا صَاحِبَ کِتَابِیْ ھٰذَا وَانْطَلِقُوْا اِلٰی عَبْدَۃِ الْاَصْنَامِ وَاِلٰی مَنْ یَّزْعَم ُاَنَّ مَعَ اللہِ اِلٰہًا آخَر لَااِلٰہَ اِلَّا ھُوَ کُلُّ شَیْءٍ ھَالِکٌ اِلَّا وَجْھَہ لَہُ الْحُکْمُ وَ اِلَیْہِ تُرْجَعُوْنَ یُغْلَبُوْنَ حٰم لَا یُنْصَرُوْنَ حٰم عسق، تُفَرَّقُ اَعْدَاءُ اللہ ِ،وَبَلَغَتْ حُجَّۃُ اللہِ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّۃ اِلَّا بِا اللہِ فَسَیَکْفِیْکَھُمُ اللہُ وَھُوَ السَّمِیْعُ الْعَلِیْمُ۔

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. This is a book from Muhammad, the Messenger of the Lord of the Worlds, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. To him who follows the path of the righteous, the builders, the pilgrims, and the righteous, except a path that follows the path of goodness, O Most Gracious. As for the rest, indeed, to us.” And for you in the truth, so that you are a passionate lover, a fajr muqtaham or a desirous of the truth or a false one, this is the book of Allah, may God bless you And the Most High speaks upon us and upon you in truth, let us not copy what you taught and our messengers wrote. Those who are abominable, leave the author of this book and refer it to “Abd al-Asnaam and those who believe that it is with Allah. There is no other god but Allah. All things exist except for His face. Yunsarun Ham Asaq, The enemies of Allah are divided, and the evidence of Allah has come, and there is no power, and there is no power except with Allah, so Allah is sufficient for you, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.

Hazrat Abu Dujanah radhiyallahu anna says: I wrapped him up and brought him home and slept with the night under my head, then I woke up to the cry of a driver, he was saying: O Abu Dujana! By Lat and Uzza, these words have burned us. By your master, if you take this writing from us, we will neither return to your house (in one narration it is said that we will not harm you), nor will we ever come to your neighborhood, nor will we ever come to the place where this book (talisman) is. Abu Dujanah said: I said to him: By my master (i.e. the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), I will not take it until I ask permission from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Abu Dujanah said: When I heard the jinn moaning and groaning, the night became long for me until morning came, so I went to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). I prayed the morning prayer with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and narrated the conversation I had with the jinn at night. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: O Abu Dujanah! Remove this amulet from these people, for I swear by the One Who sent me with the truth! These people will suffer the pain of punishment until the Day of Judgment. (Al-Khasaas al-Kubra)
